Housing ConciergeEarn £13.45 ph or Salary £26,300 pa [pro rata] and great benefits including Health Cash PlanPermanent, full-time (37.5 hpw), 3 nights a week on a rota basisPermanent, part-time (33.5 hpw), working 1 night and 2 weekend days a week on a rota basisPenzance, CornwallWe cant offer CoS for this roleHome, a place where you belongHere at Home Group we look after vulnerable customers, but also those with quite complex care needs. Your job will be to make sure our customers are safe, our buildings are secure and pleasant places to be, and that we get on with our neighbours.Typical shiftWalk around the building checking CCTV, fire doors and communal areasGreeting customers and visitors, picking up repairs or cleaningThe first line of support for our customers when our wider team or their own support network arent around to help!Monitor and respond to incidents calmly, quickly and fairlyWork with colleagues and partners to manage anti-social behaviourWhy join usThis is more than a job, its a place where you feel valued.
