Salary: £29,346 to £30,630 per annum (£26,171 to £26,788 pro-rata)

Our client is seeking to appoint a highly effective Learning Resource Centre Manager/School Librarian to join their successful, heavily over-subscribed multi-academy trust with an outstanding ethos where staff are supported to excel.
About the Role:
You will manage the Learning Resource Centre, promote a positive learning environment, and support students in their academic pursuits. Your role will involve collaborating with teaching staff to enhance the educational experience and ensuring resources are well-organized and accessible.
About You:
* Experience: Proven experience in a library or educational environment is desirable.
* Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
* Knowledge: Familiarity with library management systems and a passion for promoting literacy and learning.
* Commitment: Dedication to providing high-quality support to students and fostering a love for reading.
