You’ll specialise in valuing retail and mixed-use properties for a diverse range of clients, including investors, banks, insurance companies, institutional funds, REITs, and both public and private companies. Working closely with other C&W service lines, our team is at the forefront of advising clients on the impact of cyclical and structural changes in the property market. What You’ll Do Deliver valuations for retail and mixed-use properties Provide strategic advice to a wide range of clients Build and maintain strong client relationships Work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines Prepare complex cash flows and investment scenarios in Excel and Argus Developer Key Requirements MRICS qualified Experience in mixed valuations (commercial & retail) Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Argus Enterprise & Developer Strong understanding of income-driven investment valuations and development appraisals Excellent analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail Why Join Us?
