We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Change Lead to drive and lead finance-related change initiatives across the organization. This role plays a key part in transforming financial processes, systems, and organizational structures to support strategic goals and enhance financial performance.
You will work closely with stakeholders across Finance, Technology, and Operations to ensure successful planning, execution, and embedding of change, while minimizing business disruption.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage finance transformation and change initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Collaborate with key stakeholders (Finance, IT, HR, Operations, etc.) to gather requirements, assess impacts, and drive adoption of change.
Oversee change management activities, including communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and readiness assessments.
Identify and resolve issues, risks, and dependencies that may impact project delivery or change adoption.
Ensure all initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with defined scope and quality.
Support or lead system implementations or upgrades (e.g., ERP, reporting tools, automation).
Develop and implement change plans, communication strategies, and performance metrics to monitor success.
Act as a trusted advisor to finance leadership on change readiness, business impact, and adoption risks.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, governance standards, and internal controls during transformation efforts.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input, align stakeholders, and drive decision-making.
Requirements:
Education & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (essential)
Professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) preferred
Change management certification (e.g., PROSCI, APMG) is a plus
Experience:
7+ years of experience in Finance or Change Management roles, preferably in a complex or regulated environment
Proven experience leading finance transformation or change programmes
Strong understanding of finance processes (e.g., FP&A, record-to-report, procure-to-pay, etc.)
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday) and finance technologies
Experience working with cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data, risks, and financial impact
Project and programme management capabilities (PMP or Prince2 a plus)
Change management and organizational design expertise
Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
