Job Description
3. Process and manage supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.
4. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
5. Prepare and process payment runs in accordance with company policies.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
8. Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
9. Respond to supplier and internal queries in a timely manner.
10. Support the Accounting & Finance department with ad-hoc tasks as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Payable professional should have:
11. Sage experience
12. Previous experience in an accounts payable or similar financial role.
13. Strong knowledge of financial processes and systems.
14. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
15. Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
16. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
17. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
