The role — what you’ll do Be the face of Nōshi, greeting every guest with warmth, professionalism and confidence. Manage the door and host stand, checking bookings, managing walk-ins and coordinating with the reservations team. Escort guests to their tables with style, ensuring a seamless handover to the service team. Assist with managing VIPs, large groups and special occasions, ensuring every guest feels valued. Communicate closely with the reservations and floor management teams to optimise table turns and flow. Maintain a calm, confident presence even in a busy, high-energy environment. What you bring Experience as a host/hostess, front-of-house or guest-facing role in a premium hospitality setting. Impeccable presentation, communication and people skills. A natural ability to make guests feel welcome, special and taken care of. Organisational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.
