You'll help promote independence, assist with meals and hydration, and work with the wider team to ensure residents feel safe, comfortable, and engaged. Your support will make everyday life more meaningful for those you care for. What We're Looking For We welcome candidates with or without previous care experience. SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care and care experience are desirable but not essential - full training will be provided.
