Salary: From £27,289.60 pre-probation up to £27,851.20 post-probation
Working hours: 52 weeks per year

You will have opportunities to learn and develop. We provide full training and support to achieve a nationally recognised Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification. Many team members have advanced into senior roles, and we encourage career progression.

Our school and homes, set in scenic surroundings, cater to young people with communication, behavioural, social, and emotional challenges. Our high-functioning students engage in stimulating activities, including outings like kayaking, abseiling, and skydiving. As a Support Worker, you'll help organize and facilitate innovative activities to promote independence.
