Business Analyst - Digital Consultancy
We are working with a well-established digital consultancy that partners with organisations to deliver modern digital services, improve user experiences and solve complex operational challenges.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to hire an Intermediate Business Analyst to join their consulting team.
The Role:
You will help translate complex business problems and user needs into clear requirements that delivery teams can act on. Working within agile, multidisciplinary teams, youll play a key role in shaping digital services and supporting successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyse business problems and recommend practical service or product improvements
* Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to align on objectives
* Document and analyse business processes, identifying opportunities for optimisation
* Gather, refine and manage requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle
* Translate user and business needs into clear deliverables for delivery teams
* Collaborate with designers and researchers to support user-centred solutions
* Occasionally travel to client or office locations as required
