what were looking for.
Digital know-how: Youve got at least three years experience in a digital marketing role, ideally in a B2B environment. Youre confident with website CMS platforms, SEO best practices, Google Analytics (GA4), A/B testing, and digital campaign tools.
Content creation: Whether its writing copy for a new landing page, optimising a meta description, or crafting a social media post you know how to make words and visuals work together to engage audiences.
Data-driven mindset: You love analysing performance metrics and using insights to tweak, test, and improve campaigns across digital channels.
Collaborative energy: Youre great at working with others whether its chatting with a developer, briefing a designer, or presenting results to senior stakeholders.
Bonus points if youre familiar with Adobe Creative Suite and CRM systems, but most importantly, were looking for someone whos proactive, organised, and always up for a new challenge.
