Role: Senior Business Analyst
Location: Bournemouth
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
Company Overview: Holt Recruitment is working with a Renewable Energy Group in Bournemouth who are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis with a desire to learn and develop a career in the bid team.
What’s the role?
The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for the following:
1. Analysing the structure of a business to determine how it operates and determine its objectives.
2. Delivering business analysis services to support the organisation during the full lifecycle of any change initiative.
3. Contributing to the development of the Business Analysis Practice by undertaking Continuous Professional Development and identifying and implementing changes to BA services and deliverables.
4. Leading shaping of changes, understanding business drivers and clearly articulating the business need for change.
5. Identifying any problems with the current business model.
6. Manipulating data, creating spreadsheets and putting it into charts.
7. Preparing and delivering a report of their findings.
8. Financial Modelling.
9. Working in the bid team/processes.
10. Overseeing the implementation of approved process improvements.
What do you need as a Senior Business Analyst?

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Technical and analytical thinking.
6. CRM experience.
7. Experience within the renewable energy sector is desirable but not essential.
8. Ambitious, able to work as part of a team.
9. Experience in data/business analysis.
10. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
