Your Role
* Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN
* Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and families
* Adapt learning materials and activities to meet individual needs
* Support pupils' social, emotional and academic development
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience supporting children with SEN is essential
* A patient, proactive and empathetic approach
* Flexibility to adapt to different classroom environments
