Job title: Registered Nurse (Nights)
Salary: £22.12 - £24.34 per hour
Contract: 3x 12 Hour Nights per week (36 hours)

Responsibilities
* Taking responsibility for the well-being of residents and ensuring their physical, emotional and social needs are met.
* Coaching and guiding the team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes for colleagues and other care professionals.
* Carrying out assessments and developing, implementing and evaluating individualised care plans for each resident.
* Monitoring work areas and practices to ensure safety and compliance with relevant standards, policies and legislation.
Key Skills / Qualifications
* As a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin, responsible for managing the unit alongside clinical duties in the home, including oversight of care, administering and ordering medication, reviewing and evaluating individual care plans, and providing clinical guidance to the care team.
* Experience ensuring policies and standards are maintained to a high clinical standard.
* Ability to provide clinical guidance for care teams and support CQC tasks.
* Excellent relationship-building with residents and their families, providing kindness, support and high-quality care.
* Effective communication and reporting skills for handover of clinical issues to team members and health care professionals.
* Night shifts require strong critical thinking, self-reliance and the ability to manage care staff and stay calm in emergencies when working with limited support.
