We currently have an opportunity to join our Grounds Maintenance team as a Countryside Officer. Your role: We are looking for an experienced, effective communicator to lead a small team to deliver the management of countryside sites, open-spaces and other informal green-spaces to ensure that these areas are actively promoted to encourage use by the public and managed to a high standard as areas of nature conservation value and informal recreation. What you will need: You will need to have experience in a broad range of practical and management issues relating to countryside habitats and public open spaces. An awareness of health and safety legislation along with experience of co-ordinating and managing projects. A full driving licence is an essential requirement of this role.
