We are recruiting for our client who is a leader in their industry, dedicated to delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions to their clients. We're looking for a detail-oriented Order Processor to join their team in Swanley!
1. Role: Order Processor
2. Contract Type: Temp To Perm (4-6 weeks temping initially)
3. Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm
4. Location: Swanley, free parking on site // 15-minute walk from Swanley train station
5. Salary: £13.00 - £14.00 per hour
6. Start: ASAP
Duties:
7. Process a high-volume of product orders
8. Answer incoming calls from customers to assist with orders and queries
9. Process invoices for all sales transactions
10. Ensure customer data is up to date
11. Provide support in reporting sales data
12. Support the branch sales team with general operations
13. Take phone calls and respond to e-mails from the customers in a timely manner
14. Communicate internally the feedback from the customers
Your skills should include:
15. Strong attention to detail
16. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
17. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
18. A proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
