Our Property Team provides planned and reactive maintenance necessary to preserve our reputation for the comfort and safety of our guests and staff across both hotels.
We need a Property Team member who will be responsible for painting and decorating across both sites, ensuring the upkeep of all rooms and public spaces, maintaining these to a high standard.
Key responsibilities:
* Maintaining the fabrication of both hotels
* Ensuring health & safety procedures are adhered to and in-line with normal operating procedures
* General maintenance across both hotels
Working both within a team and independently, you will need to be capable of carrying out a range of different maintenance tasks, though your primary responsibility will be the upkeep of both hotels.
It is imperative you carry out work while maintaining a clean and tidy area, both during and after work is carried out. You will need to prioritize effectively and complete tasks to a high standard.
The role requires you to interact with our guests and staff.
Having a trade qualification or being an experienced maintenance operative will be a requirement.
