* Position:Registered Manager
* Service:Potens NI Dom Care Agency
* Contract:Full Time (40 hrs)
* Salary:£15.00 ph plus travel allowance
* Qualifications:Min of Level 3 in Health & Social Care
* Experience:Min of 2 years’ experience in a care setting and Senior Support Worker or other line management experience
The ideal person should be a compassionate individual who enjoys interacting with people and assisting with daily activities to promote independence. You will be warm and friendly with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for providing care and support and developing your staff team.
* Understanding of RQIA frameworks operating within our Services
* Practical implementation skills to support the Registered Manager to ensure that all services are compliant with all relevant legislations, RQIA standards/regulations.
* To support the Registered Manager to understand and organise service provision to ensure that services are delivering high quality support, in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures, and in a way that the team feels proud of.
* Identifying, developing and maintaining effective relationships with clients, social services and other stakeholders.
* Dedicated individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills, good organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills.
* Demonstrable experience within supported living at a lower management level.
Potens NI provides a range of supported living and domiciliary care services for adults with complex needs, including learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and behaviours that as challenging, in Enniskillen and Derry.
