Our client, a major fast fit company within the UK is on amajor transformation journey and were looking for anArea Managerto help lead it.
With185 sites across the UK, this is an opportunity to step into a business thats evolving from a traditional fast-fit model into acustomer-first, aftersales-driven operation.

Car- Company Car or £545 car allowance
Bonus- £30,000 OTE. Guaranteed 3-month bonus of £1000 per month, paid altogether on month 3 (£3000 in 3rdpay slip)

What youll be doing:
* Leading multiple sites, drivingperformance & profitability
* Moving teams from quick turnover to apremium customer journey
* Embedding processes likevehicle health checks & forward planning (MOT/service)
* Coaching teams toidentify opportunity without hard selling
* Influencing senior leadership onfuture processes & improvements
What were looking for:
? Strongaftersales background (main dealer ideal)
? Provenmulti-site leadership experience
? Someone who candrive change without losing people
? Commercially sharp butcustomer-focused
? Hands-on leader who leads from the front
?? Up to £65k basic | £90k OTE | Company Vehicle
?? MondayFriday (occasional Saturdays)
