About The Role
An Accounts Administrator responsible for accounting processes of a diverse property portfolio consisting of commercial, industrial, and retail properties. The role requires regular and direct communication with the accounts team, property managers, and support of Assistant Client Accountants & Client Accountants to meet internal and client KPIs and deliver best-in-class service.

Building and maintaining close professional relationships with colleagues in accounting teams and across the wider business is paramount. Proactiveness, attention to detail, strong organisational skills, prioritisation, communication, teamwork, and learning ambition are essential.
Other Duties
* Updating control spreadsheets
* Raising periodic and adhoc charges
* Receipting income received into the bank
* Bank reconciliations
* Preparing and transferring rental income to the client
* Any other duties ensuring smooth operation of the accounting department
What We Expect From You
A proactive, practical, and positive approach to work is required, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to build good working relationships with colleagues.
* Maths & English GCSE A-C
* Good numeracy skills
* IT & software skills, particularly Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel
