Mode Search are collaborating with a global luxury fashion house in their search for a retail focused Senior HR Business Partner to join their People team.

The Senior HRBP will partner closely with the Retail leadership team, acting as a trusted advisor and delivering pragmatic people solutions that align with business goals. With a balance of strategic input and operational delivery, this role offers scope to make a genuine impact on both people and performance.
The position is based in London and will be 5 days from the office.
The Role:
1. Build trusted partnerships with Retail senior leadership, acting as an extension of the management team
2. Take full ownership of HR for the flagship Maison and
3. Supporting a HR population of c.200 staff on
4. Act as lead partner for Employee Relations, managing complex and sensitive cases including fraud, resale, conduct, absence, and performance
5. Empower and coach the Maison's management team, providing pragmatic guidance that balances commercial priorities with employee well-being
