Job Overview
As a Care Assistant you will provide high quality individualised care and support for each resident, promoting and upholding privacy, dignity and independence at all times. Your role is to create a happy, caring and safe atmosphere; putting residents needs first, providing a wide range of physical, social, emotional and psychological support tailored to the individual. We respect differences and recognise staff and residents will have different needs.
Qualifications
No previous experience is required; we will provide full training. You should demonstrate a flexible, hard working, caring attitude, a desire to work as part of a dedicated team, and a right to work in the UK. This position is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
