Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Stevenage. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and managing client relationships. Daily tasks include meeting sales targets, preparing sales reports, training and mentoring sales staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. Additionally, the Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying market trends and potential opportunities to drive business growth.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in sales management and sales strategy development
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to analyze market trends and identify business growth opportunities
* Experience in the technology or repair services industry is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
* Ability to work on-site in Stevenage
