About the role
As a Wedding & Events Coordinator in Hook, you'll be the key contact for couples and clients, ensuring every detail of their special day runs perfectly. Working in a picturesque country hotel just outside Basingstoke, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in events within a supportive and professional hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities
You'll:
* Manage and coordinate weddings and private events from enquiry to delivery
* Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their vision is delivered flawlessly
* Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to manage timings and logistics
* Oversee event setup and ensure exceptional guest experiences
* Handle reactive enquiries - no proactive business development required
