Role Overview
We are seeking a committed Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join the team from October. This full-time role is perfect for someone confident in leading lessons and supporting pupils across a range of year groups.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher.
* Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups.
* Assist with planning, preparation, and classroom organisation.
* Support the delivery of a broad and balanced curriculum.
* Contribute to assessment and reporting.
* Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Ideal Candidate
* Holds an HLTA qualification or has equivalent experience.
* Previous experience in a primary school setting.
* Confident in leading whole-class teaching when required.
* Strong communication and classroom management skills.
* Flexible, proactive, and committed to supporting pupils and staff.
