You will have the opportunity to deliver on the HR Transformation and Engagement project plan by managing a team that will work to deliver this plan across multiple disciplines, with a main focus on the HR digital agenda.
You will work in partnership with stakeholders, including the wider People Resources team and management teams, and will have a pivotal role in influencing and driving change. You will be responsible for reviewing current processes and reengineering them to be more effective and efficient.
You will be responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive guidance and training to support new processes, along with effective communication strategies.
You will drive excellence in customer service and be responsible for the employee website, ensuring it is updated, accurate, and aligned with the moving strategy.
Educated to HND/SVQ4/Degree level or equivalent qualification with significant work experience in an HR field, you must have experience managing teams with strong people management skills (including managing attendance, performance, and development).

*For casual/sessional roles, you will receive 12.1% of your hourly rate for every hour worked, as compensation for annual leave and public holidays. Payments will be indicated separately on your payslip. You will only be paid for hours worked.
