This is a detail‑oriented and proactive Extra Works Supervisor role based at Capenhurst, Chester. The position involves managing extra works projects across client sites, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and company standards, and fostering client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and deliver extra works projects across client sites, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and company standards.
* Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of additional works outside of core FM services.
* Prepare and submit quotations for extra works, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
* Liaise with clients to understand requirements, provide updates, and maintain strong relationships.
* Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure timely and cost‑effective delivery.
* Monitor project budgets, costs, and profitability, reporting variances as required.
* Ensure all works comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Maintain accurate documentation and records for all extra works projects.
* Identify opportunities for additional services and contribute to business growth.
* Resolve any issues or delays promptly to maintain client satisfaction.
Hours
* 8am – 5pm
* Monday to Friday
* Site based
Experience / Qualifications
* Proven experience in project management within FM or a related industry.
* Strong understanding of building services, maintenance, and compliance standards.
* Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
* Ability to manage budgets and deliver projects within financial targets.
* Proficient in MS Office and CAFM systems.
* Knowledge of health and safety legislation.
