Bring learning to life through design that makes a difference.
As a Digital Learning Designer, you’ll shape how colleagues learn and grow across the business. From storyboarding and scripting to deployment you’ll use your creativity to create high-quality, accessible blended learning experiences.
You’ll enjoy the flexibility of remote working, with 30 hours per week arranged to suit your lifestyle (between 9am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, with prior agreement from your line manager). We ask that you come onsite 4 times a year for quarterly updates, to foster collaboration with the team.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Designing and delivering digital learning that is engaging, learner-focused, and aligned with business goals.
* Collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather information and turn it into impactful content that drives development.
* Supporting the deployment of content via our Learning Experience Platform.
* Planning, owning and delivering projects, demonstrating initiative and accountability.
* Contributing to the development of learning pathways and supporting learners as needed.
What We’re Looking For
* A solid understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design principles.
* Proven ability to distil complex information into engaging digital learning.
* Technical design skills including at least two of Adobe, Canva and Articulate.
* Experience working with Learning Management Systems to create, manage, and deliver digital learning content.
* Stakeholder management skills with the confidence and ability to challenge appropriately when needed.
* Confidence working independently and managing multiple projects.
