Job Description:
Role: Planning and Logistics Manager
Reports to: Senior Operations Manager
Location: Glebe Farm Foods Ltd.
You will be responsible for planning orders into the production schedule and coordinating logistics for pickups and deliveries to ensure timely and complete customer service. Effective communication and planning are essential.
Your Responsibilities:
* Plan all orders into the production schedule to meet delivery deadlines.
* Coordinate with local and international third-party packers and logistics providers.
* Maintain accurate stock records on SAGE 200.
* Communicate with the Senior Operations Manager and Finance to manage stock levels based on sales forecasts.
* Collaborate with the Sales Department to align on sales forecasts.
* Manage logistics companies to meet delivery requirements.
* Address and investigate customer delivery complaints.
* Ensure customs documentation accuracy for exports.
* Perform other duties as required.
Skills and Experience:
* Experience with Sage 200.
* Data analysis skills.
* Knowledge of BRC standards.
* Ability to meet KPIs such as On Time In Full (OTIF), GMP audits, and order fulfillment.
