Manufacturing Operative – Norwich
Pay: £12.21 per hour (increasing to £12.62 after 12 weeks)
Select Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Operative to join a well-established and growing production team specialising in high-quality UPVC windows and doors.
This is a great opportunity to secure long-term work with a reputable company that offers training, stability, and progression.
Day Shift:
Monday to Thursday: 5:45am – 3:15pm
Friday: 5:45am – 1:30pm
Enjoy early finishes and long weekends every week!
Key Responsibilities
Fabricate premium UPVC windows and doors using machinery and hand tools
Assemble frames and components accurately
Load and unload materials and finished products
Maintain high quality standards and meet production targets
Follow all Health & Safety procedures
Take part in ongoing training and development
