Overview
As a Customer Delivery Driver in our store team, you’ll play a vital role in the customer experience by delivering products to customers’ front doors with a smile. During off‑hours you will keep the van clean and fit for the next delivery, and assist the team with picking and packing online orders when demand is high.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload goods onto the company van.
- Deliver goods to customers in a timely and courteous manner.
- Maintain the van in a clean and safe condition.
- Assist team members with picking and packing online orders as required.
- Provide excellent customer service on the road and at delivery points.
Qualifications
- Valid UK driving licence (Full or Automatic) for at least 12 months with no more than 6 penalty points.
- Positive, customer‑focused attitude and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual and professional; able to handle a fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
