Job Title: Technical Support Engineer
Location: Norwich
Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 per annum

We’re working with a well-established business that’s looking to bring a talented Technical Support Engineer into their growing IT team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a hands-on support role, and is keen to develop their skills in a supportive environment.
What you’ll be doing:
* Acting as the first point of contact for IT support queries from clients
* Troubleshooting a wide range of technical issues across hardware, software, and networks
* Managing support tickets and resolving issues within agreed SLAs using remote monitoring tools
* Attending client sites when required to deliver face-to-face support
* Assisting with network infrastructure tasks and on-site equipment installations
* Liaising with third-party providers to resolve escalated issues
What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience in a 1st Line Support or similar technical support role
* Confident troubleshooting Microsoft Operating Systems and Microsoft 365
* Strong understanding of LAN, WAN, and internet technologies
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals are advantageous
* Full UK driving licence is essential
