AVK-SEG Ltd, a dynamic leader in innovative power solutions for data centres and the financial sector, is looking for a motivated Junior Project Manager to join our growing team. As a Junior Project Manager, you will assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of key projects within the organization.

Our Head Office is located in Maidenhead, Berkshire which you will available to commute to as and when required in addition to overseas projects for various large scale data centre projects within Europe.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the management of projects, with the clear goal of maximum efficiency and effectiveness in achieving Project performance.
* Manage suppliers, both on and off site, to ensure that the quality of work is to the standard required by AVK and our customers.
* Be aware of the contractual requirements of all projects, payment milestones and associated requirements, key dates, technical requirements for the scope of works and Health & Safety requirements.
* Planning of resources to achieve acceptable delivery of the site installation.
* Create and manage project paperwork to a high standard in line with guidance from the project manager.
* Assist in the production of project progress reports.
* Day to day decisions to manage the day to day running of the site to ensure we achieve required deadlines.
* Attend site acceptance tests on project when required.
* Ensure delivery of AVK projects on time and in accordance with the technical requirements of the contract.
* Agree engineering design with the technical team, prepare and monitor project plan.
* A bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, or a related field.
* Prior experience in project management or relevant internships is a plus.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
* Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Familiarity with project management software (such as MS Project or Trello) is an advantage.
* A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
* Available to travel within Europe as and when required.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
* Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
