About the Role
We’re currently recruiting Behaviour Therapists to join:
Little Learners (North Melbourne)
Join our early intervention centre-based team, supporting young children through fun and engaging ABA programs. You’ll work in a vibrant, collaborative environment, helping children develop important communication, play, and daily living skills.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for people who:
Use a fun and friendly approach to build positive relationships with children
Have a flexible, creative approach to learning and play
Can stay calm and compassionate through moments of challenging behaviour
Are responsive to feedback and eager to keep learning
Are organised, with strong sense of professionalism
Can work independently and as part of a supportive team
Are committed to child safety and family-centred practice
Hold (or are willing to obtain) a Working With Children Check and Police Check
Have a driver’s licence and access to reliable transport (highly desirable)
Experience working with children (especially early childhood or school-aged) is highly regarded, but not essential — we’ll support you to learn and grow.
