Your responsibilities as Property and Lettings Manager
: Manage end:to:end lettings processes including viewings, applications, agreements, and renewals
: Oversee tenant relationships, handling queries and ensuring high retention levels
: Coordinate maintenance and compliance work with internal teams and contractors
: Conduct inspections, rent reviews, and maintain accurate records
: Ensure all properties meet current legal and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for in a Property and Lettings Manager
