Customer Service Assistant at Sainsbury's
Join us as a Customer Service Assistant and be the friendly face our customers rely on. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Supporting customers at checkouts, self-service tills, kiosks, and petrol stations, proactively offering help and answering questions.
2. Picking quality products for customers using our On-demand grocery service and assisting with Click & Collect parcels.
3. Building knowledge about our products, services, and promotions to provide helpful recommendations.
4. Handling complaints, refunds, shelf tickets, and advertising.
5. Working flexibly across the store as needed.

Age and eligibility requirements:
