Hours of Work: 40 hours a week - Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
Position Pays: £12.80 an hour (£26,624.00) per annum
The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for a polished, articulate, and well-presented individual to join our prestigious Land Rover dealership in Aberystwyth as a Showroom Host.
This is far more than a typical receptionist role - at the forefront of our dealerships the Showroom Hosts play an integral part in running a smooth and organised front of house.
Within this position you will be the first port of call for many of our customers and as such it is imperative that you are polite, approachable and most importantly self-motivated to create a brilliant first impression of our business.
Key Responsibilities
1. Greet and welcome all showroom visitors with professionalism and warmth
2. Handling the arrival and departure of pre-booked customers with speed and professionalism
3. Introduce customers to the appropriate sales or service team members
4. Assist with customer events, promotions, and ad hoc administrative task
About you:
5. You will take pride of working in a customer facing role, ideally with a proven record of providing an excellent customer journey in previous roles.
6. Be confident to meet new people on a daily basis and building a quick rapport to drive a great first impression.
7. A confident and customer-orientated approach to the role
8. A strong desire to provide the best customer service possible for the first impression of our dealership
