Endeavor Health is seeking a BC/BE eligible Family Medicine Physician in the Western Suburbs of Chicago, in our 95th Street location, to join the team. Qualifications:
1. Experienced Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine with a current license to practice medicine in Illinois.
2. Board certified or eligible.
3. Active DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License.
4. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, medical personnel, and other members of the healthcare team in a compassionate and customer-oriented manner.
5. Current knowledge of evidence-based standards of medical care for the specialty area.
6. Ability to perform effectively under stressful emergency situations.
7. Ability to prioritize patient care to support efficient patient flow in EEH facilities or EEH Medical Group offices.
8. Flexibility to work a varied schedule and assist in covering vacancies when necessary.

* Two-year salary guarantee from $222,000 to $356,000, dependent on various factors such as FTE, experience, certifications, and performance.
Requirements:
* Illinois Medical License or pending license.
* Completion of a Family Medicine residency; board certified or eligible by the American Board of Family Medicine.
Responsibilities:
* Developing clinical practice.
* Minimum of 34 bookable hours per week, including 20 extended hours per month, covering morning, evening, and weekend hours.
* Participating in weekend and weekday call duties.
* Teaching house staff and medical students as assigned.
