* You’ll take on one of the more significant branch leadership roles in the regional commercial broking market, with responsibility for a well-established team, a loyal mid-market and commercial client base, and a real mandate to grow.

* What it needs now is a leader who can bring presence, direction and commercial drive, while keeping hold of the client relationships that matter.
* What the role looks like
* You will lead the branch across sales, service and operations, while still maintaining your own portfolio of key clients.
Day to day, that means:
* full accountability for branch performance, both financially and operationally
* leading the sales and client service teams, while managing the leaders across the operational side
* retaining and developing key client relationships
* driving new business activity and setting the pace commercially
* coaching, developing and recruiting high-calibre people
* raising visibility, standards and accountability across the office
* aligning local plans with wider regional and group objectives
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will need to be around the team, visible to clients and close enough to the detail to make a difference.
