Salary: Sessional £12.71 per hour

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our HR team. In this role, you will support the delivery of a professional, efficient, and engaging recruitment service, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
You’ll play a key part in coordinating recruitment activity, maintaining compliance with legislation, and supporting continuous improvement within the Talent Acquisition function.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate recruitment activity in line with policies, procedures, SLAs, and KPIsAct as a key point of contact for candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders throughout the recruitment processEnsure a smooth and engaging hiring journey, using effective communication at every stageMaintain accurate and compliant HR records in line with GDPR and safeguarding requirementsSupport process improvements by working collaboratively with the wider HR and onboarding teamsProvide regular updates on recruitment campaigns to stakeholdersContribute to a high-performing, collaborative HR team cultureAbout You
