Role Overview
The Digital Content & Storytelling Specialist will produce and manage high-quality content that communicates our work, impact, and insights across digital platforms. They will bridge data science and digital communication, showcasing our data and products effectively.
Responsibilities
* Produce engaging content translating complex data into accessible narratives.
* Develop blogs, articles, reports, and case studies with experts.
* Create thought-leadership content to position Smart Data Foundry as an industry leader.
* Write compelling copy for social media, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
* Create visual assets like infographics and videos using tools like Canva.
Content Distribution & Strategy
* Plan and publish content across web, social media, and email.
* Collaborate with marketing to identify content opportunities.
* Optimize content for each platform and audience engagement.
* Implement A/B testing to improve content performance.
* Monitor and report on content analytics.
Brand & Quality Control
* Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity.
* Ensure content accuracy, clarity, and relevance.
Collaboration
* Work with data science and marketing teams to develop stories.
* Coordinate with design and communications teams to align campaigns.
* Support content strategy development and execution.
Audience Engagement & SEO

Qualifications & Skills
* Proven experience in content creation, storytelling, or digital marketing.
* Strong writing and editorial skills, ability to simplify complex topics.
* Experience with social media management and audience growth.
* Knowledge of SEO and accessibility standards.
* Basic design and video editing skills.
* Proficiency with tools like Canva, HubSpot, CMS, and data visualization software.
