to oversee a children's EBD home in Barnsley, ensuring a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for young people.
The Role:
* Lead the day-to-day management of a children's residential home.

Requirements:
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to complete).
* Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in an EBD children's home.
* Strong safeguarding knowledge and leadership skills.
