About the Role

Do you have experience working within eating disorders or core OT skills you're ready to transfer?
The Wiltshire Community Eating Disorder Service (WCEDS) seeks an Occupational Therapist passionate about making a difference for adults with eating disorders.
You will join a team of dedicated multidisciplinary professionals working in community settings across Wiltshire and Swindon, providing specialist assessment and treatment.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing specialist eating disorder assessments and evidence-based, needs-led treatment and discharge plans.
* Working collaboratively with psychologists, CBT therapists, medics, dietitians, and nurses in a holistic, patient-centered manner.
* Developing close working relationships with CAMHS colleagues and supporting patient transitions from CAMHS to adult services.
* Participating in QI projects and service development initiatives.
* Ensuring effective communication with patients, carers, and the clinical team through verbal and written feedback.
Requirements
* Professional qualification with current UK registration.
* Outstanding communication skills.
* Experience or interest in eating disorders.
