We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Coordinator to join a fast-paced, creative environment in central London.
This role sits within the Finance team and plays a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. You'll be supporting senior leaders and multiple departments, acting as the go-to person for coordination, administration and office operations.

Responsibilities:
* Supporting senior leaders with travel, itineraries and expenses
* Assisting with contract administration and data entry
* Managing departmental invoices, accounts payable queries and internal reporting
* Supporting client events and basic client servicing
* Coordinating office supplies and inventory
* Scheduling meetings and managing calendars
* Handling incoming calls and communications professionally
* Ensuring the office environment is organised, welcoming and fully operational
* Providing general administrative support across teams
* Organising internal staff events
What we looking for:
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Confident user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Comfortable using collaboration tools and CRM systems
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Professional, discreet and customer-focused
* Able to work independently while collaborating effectively
* Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
