Allt Y Mynydd Nursing Home sits in 17 acres of private grounds in Brechfa Forest, with stunning views across the Duar Valley from almost every bedroom and communal area. The house is home to no more than 44 elderly men and women requiring nursing, residential and dementia care. Our home focuses on delivering exceptional standards of personalised care and ensuring residents and their families feel supported and respected.
The Role
We are looking for a kind and compassionate individual who wants to enhance the lives of others and offer quality care and support to join our already-established care team. Previous experience would be of an advantage.
Responsibilities will include:
1. Personal care
2. Assistance with meals and fluids
3. Transferring residents as per care plan
4. Offering comfort, stimulation and support, whilst maintaining residents’ privacy and dignity
Please note the post is subject to satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS. The cost of the DBS is covered by Ashberry Care Homes.
There are 2 positions available:
Part-time: 22 hours per week
Full-time: 39 hours per week
