Mechanical Engineer – Tank & Vessel Design

Responsibilities:
* Design and optimize industrial tanks, including pressure, surge, accumulator, and storage tanks.
* Conduct stress and pressure calculations to ensure structural integrity.
* Address real-world challenges such as hydrostatic pressure, wind, and seismic forces.
* Manage design processes from concept to fabrication, installation, and commissioning.
* Utilize advanced software for 3D modeling, stress analysis, and compliance checks.
Qualifications:
* 3–5 years of experience in tank design, with expertise in storage tanks, pressure vessels, and related sectors.
* Proficiency in Bentley AutoPIPE Vessel, PV Elite, COMPRESS, FEA tools like ANSYS or Abaqus, and CAD software such as AutoCAD, Inventor, or SolidWorks.
* Strong understanding of industry standards like ASME BPVC (Section VIII), API 650/620/653, EN 14015, and EN 13445.
