We’re looking for experienced and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join a network of welcoming primary and secondary schools across Carmarthenshire.

What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in an educational setting or experience in a role with transferable skills- No experience? Still apply let’s get you started on your journey!
* Confidence supporting pupils with varying needs, including those with ALN
* Strong communication skills, patience, and a nurturing approach
* Flexible and reliable – able to adapt to different school environments
* Willing to travel up to 30+ minutes from home
* Access to your own transport is essential
Desirable (but not essential):
* Welsh speaker – schools value bilingual support
* Knowledge of the Foundation Phase, Key Stages, or SEN strategies

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
