Production Operative Location: Thame
Salary: £12.50 per hour (rising to £13.55 after training)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM (37.5-hour week)

Key Responsibilities:
Hand-finishing and assembly of parts to customer specifications
Cleaning, foiling, wrapping, and packaging components
Spray painting and applying specialist gaskets
Final inspection and preparation for dispatch
Accurate completion of paperwork and MRP system entries
What Were Looking For:
Good dexterity and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous production experience is an advantage
Positive attitude and commitment to quality
