The Role: Talent Acquisition: Identify, engage, and place top teaching talent using proactive sourcing strategies and strong networking skills. Client Relationships : Build long-term partnerships with schools and education providers through consistent outreach and tailored recruitment solutions. Outbound Business Development: Confidently make outbound calls to generate leads, win new clients, and drive revenue. Market Expertise: Stay informed on education sector trends, supply & demand, and competitor insights. Candidate Experience: Conduct interviews, manage placements, and deliver an exceptional end-to-end recruitment experience. Team Collaboration: Work closely with a supportive team that values collaboration, high energy, and a shared goal of excellence.
