What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll lead recruitment and talent development initiatives across the business, working closely with the HR Director and Head of Organisational Development. Your responsibilities will include:
Recruitment & Talent Pipelining
1. Lead direct recruitment across all business areas, focusing on proactive sourcing.
2. Use LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage top talent.
3. Build and maintain talent pools to support workforce planning.
4. Manage the full recruitment cycle from advertising to onboarding.
5. Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and external partners.
