Essential criteria
1. DBS certificate
2. Qualified Nurse
3. Good knowledge regarding the local support options available for people experiencing homelessness
4. Extensive clinical experience in homelessness
5. Good clinical knowledge in inclusion health
6. Extensive experience in discharge planning
7. Extensive experience of acute hospital setting
Desirable criteria
8. Training in specific I.T. skills and or certificates e.g. in PP, Outlook, Excel
9. Experience of managing and directing the work of a multidisciplinary team
10. Knowledge regarding rights to housing, housing options and local authority processes
11. Expert knowledge around rights to healthcare and NHS charging
